For more than three decades, I pursued success the way many of us were taught to. I built a successful corporate career, earned the credentials, led teams, and checked all the boxes that were supposed to lead to fulfillment. Along the way, I discovered something important: life isn’t a formula to solve. It’s an adventure to embrace.
That realization changed the direction of my life. It led me from the Fortune 500 boardroom to TEDx stages, from writing books to leading organizations through uncertainty, and from unforgettable experiences in Rwanda and on African safaris to creating The Safari Way.
Today, I help organizations and individuals navigate the adventure of life, work, and leadership through keynote experiences, workshops, retreats, and ongoing encouragement. My hope isn’t to tell you the path you should follow. It’s to help you discover the one that’s uniquely yours.
